1. Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are issued per Paddle's Refund Policy.
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied.
  • Refunds will only be granted if the service has not been fully utilized.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Violations of our Terms and Conditions.
    • Improper use of the service.
    • Subscription cancellations after the refund period.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment provider.
  • Contact Paddle support at help@paddle.com or submit a request through Paddle's refund portal.
  • You may also contact us at support@letsnav.com, and we will assist with your request.
