Install without the Chrome Store

Chrome supports manual extension installs natively. Follow the steps below.

Download the extension file

Download the .zip file. Don't open or extract it yet.

Sign in to download

Available on paid plans

Extract the zip

Right-click → Extract All on Windows, or double-click on Mac. You'll get a folder named letsnav-extension.

Open Chrome Extensions & enable Developer mode

Type this in Chrome's address bar:

chrome://extensions
chrome://extensions
Extensions
Developer mode
Load unpacked
Pack extension
Update

↑ Turn on Developer mode first, then click Load unpacked

Select the extension folder

A file picker opens. Navigate to and select the letsnav-extension folder from Step 2 — not any file inside it.

Chrome will show an error if you select the wrong thing. Make sure you're selecting the folder itself.

Done

LetsNav appears in your Chrome toolbar. Pin it using the puzzle icon for easy access. Sign in to your account and you're ready.

Note: Chrome may show a warning on restart saying the extension isn't from the store. Click Keep extension to dismiss. This is normal for manually installed extensions.
